Farm Ed, established in 2019, is a private Further Education and Training provider committed to delivering QQI-validated, quality-assured programmes tailored for the agricultural sector. We offer the Level 5 Certificate in Agriculture (QQI 5M20454) and Level 6 Certificate in Farming (QQI 6S20487). The combined Awards are commonly know as "The Green Cert."

Meet the Team
Aoife Dunne
Business Development ManagerAoife is a dynamic Business Development Manager and Coach with extensive leadership experience in organisational management, strategic growth, and people development. She has a proven track record of driving organisational success through stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong communication. Aoife has held key roles at Farm Ed, Velocity Growth, and University College Cork. She holds multiple qualifications, including a PG Diploma in Coaching and certifications in Business & Executive Coaching and Strategy.
Michelle Crimmins
Programme & QQI Co-OrdinatorMichelle is based in Cahir, Co. Tipperary, and comes from a farming background. With 20 years of experience as a Special Needs Assistant in a primary school, she has completed numerous courses focused on special educational needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, History, and Politics and is pursuing a Postgraduate in Adult Education. Last year, she earned a Professional Diploma in Administration from UCD. Her experience in both administration and education has been invaluable to her current role at Farm Ed Ltd., where she ensures learners have a positive experience.
Kate Johnston
Programme & Office AdministratorKate is a native of Cahir, Co. Tipperary, where farming runs in her family for over two generations. Kate brings 15 years of experience in customer service, training, and administration to the Farm Ed team. along with a QQI Train the Trainer qualification. Outside of work, Kate enjoys crafting, singing, and serve as Chairperson of the local farmers’ market.
Eilish Burke
Programme & Tutor Co-OrdinatorEilish is a skilled Office Administrator and Activities Manager with several years of office administrative experience. She has a background in human resources, administration, and team leadership, and has completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from UCD. Eilish excels in staff management, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
